I've always loved to read other people's blogs, particularly when it comes to fitness. Thought I'd start one just to have some accountability on my fitness goals, and also to have a sounding board to some random thoughts in my head.
Just as a warning, I will not be posting anything too personal (ie: family & relationship issues)!!! I'm still leary about someone I know reading this blog and figuring out who is. It's not exactly anonymous, but I'm still shy.
