On a roll!

Miracles of miracles! I actually made it to the 6:15 am spinning class! Boy, did it kick my butt! I haven't done spinning in a while and I felt it! And I haven't gotten up this early to go to the gym in like FOREVER! I have to admit though, I think it was harder getting out of bad and heading to the gym that early than actually doing the workout. So for today, cardio HIIT & abs - BIG FAT CHECK!!! Yay me!!!

Well, the super early wake-up is finally getting to me. So I'm off to bed! Sweet dreams!

Good for you!

I was just reading your last post. Even more irritating is when someone is on a piece of equipment and starts a conversation with someone. They sit there doing nothing, while you could have finished what you needed to do. Happens all the time. There are people at my gym that do more talking than working out. I'm sure that happens everywhere.

My leg is feeling pretty good. I don't think it's my sneakers, but you never know. I think it's more about me pushing it and adding miles too quickly.

I have never did the spinning class. But I do know the feeling of getting up early...that is a HIIT in itself HA... :)

SO TRUE! Once you get there and do the workout, you feel great, what a breeze right?! BUT DAMN. Getting out of bed so early is TUFF! hehe Great job chica.

Getting up is easy for me most days... it's the getting out the door and to the gym super early that I have trouble with. I always seem to find something to distract me... like a nice sit in the iJoy. Then I'm in a rush to get to the gym before all the meatheads show up!

I just read about the "Gym Jerk"- so inconsiderate! They should hand out some sort of guide, because I ran into people like that all the time when I used the gym. They need topics like "how to wait in line for cardio equipment" and "30 minutes means 30 minutes, especially when others are waiting".

Great job getting in that AM workout!

The only reason I can get up that early right now is my son has lifting for football at 6 AM...and once I'm up I might as well stay up and work out. But most days it's a real struggle. Your motivation is so inspiring!
